Products offered for sale on OneCity Market must comply with all laws and regulations and with OneCity’s policies. The sale of illegal, unsafe, or other restricted products listed below, are strictly prohibited and will be rejected during the product approval process.
Our policies are not all-inclusive and are provided solely as an informational guide. We encourage you to consult with your legal counsel if you have questions about the laws and regulations concerning your products. If you supply a product in violation of the law or any of OneCity’s policies, including those listed below, we will take corrective actions, as appropriate, including but not limited to immediately suspending or terminating selling privileges. The sale of illegal or unsafe products can also lead to legal action, including civil and criminal penalties.
These guidelines will be used during the OneCity Market product review and approval process. Please carefully read through our guidelines and reach out to us about any questions, comments or concerns you may have.
OneCity Market Product Guidelines:
A. Products must be physical, inanimate and not identifiable as a service.
B. Products such as gift cards, discounts and coupons, etc. that do not originate from OneCity Market are prohibited.
C. Products must be compliant with FDA Guidance Documents.
D. Products must not be on UPS’s List of Prohibited and Restricted Items for Shipping.
E. Products of a consumable nature (such as foods, beverages, etc.) must be properly sealed/unopened.
F. Products of a consumable nature (such as foods, beverages, etc.) must be compliant with Cottage Food Operations Assembly Bill.
G. Products of a consumable nature (such as foods, beverages, etc.) must have ingredients listed in the “Description” upon submittal.
H. Products may be resold (at the discretion of OneCity Inc.), but must be new and unused.
I. Products must be adequately priced. Ideally, not too far above/below Market Price
J. Products must be produced at a satisfactory quality. (at the discretion of OneCity Inc.)
K. Products must not be recalled (View sites below)
L. Products must be accurately and satisfactorily displayed (watch this video for pro tips)

- We strongly advice food/beverage products display a date label to show the last date of expected peak quality
