Christian Bruce

Founder | President & CEO

Executive Producer

Christian Bruce is the Founder, President & CEO of OneCity Group and serves as Executive Producer across OneCity’s hospitality experiences and media initiatives.

Christian’s work sits at the intersection of hospitality, operations, media production, systems design, stakeholder coordination, and long-term relationship building.

His approach was shaped by a simple belief:

Hosting is too important to become someone’s second job.

Every organization already has a first job. They are serving customers, advancing a mission, supporting teams, building communities, and delivering the work they exist to do. But when an offsite, retreat, site visit, tour, or hosted experience gets added, the responsibility often lands on someone who already has a full role.

That is where OneCity comes in.

Christian built OneCity to help organizations professionally manage the invisible work behind meaningful hosted experiences: the planning, communication, guest experience, vendor coordination, decision support, media, and follow-through that make an event successful without pulling the wrong people away from their first job.

His background spans corporate events, nonprofit engagement, media production, operations leadership, project delivery, and guest experience management. Across each environment, he has focused on turning ideas into experiences people can see, feel, remember, and share.

At OneCity, Christian leads the development of hospitality systems and storytelling environments that help organizations bring people together with purpose, preserve continuity, and create moments that continue long after the event ends.

Because the event is the visible outcome.

The real value is making sure the second job has somewhere to go.
