4A. Community Data, Reporting & Showcases

As part of operating a results-driven community, OneCity may analyze and publish aggregated and anonymized reports about the overall health, progress, and outcomes of our members. Examples include:

  • The number of projects completed in a given period.

  • Trends in milestone achievement.

  • Benchmarks for performance or growth across the community.

These reports will never identify you or your organization personally unless you give us explicit prior consent.

From time to time, we may also wish to highlight a specific member or organization as part of a case study, testimonial, or showcase. In such cases:

  • We will only share identifiable information with your knowledge and written agreement.

  • The scope, use, and visibility of the showcase will be clearly defined in that agreement.

  • By approving a case study, testimonial, or showcase, you grant OneCity a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and share that content in connection with our community, services, and marketing.

  • Once published, such materials may not be withdrawn; however, we commit to using them professionally, truthfully, and within reason, respecting your organization’s integrity and reputation.

This ensures that community insights can be celebrated while protecting individual confidentiality and trust.

4B. Investors, Sponsors & Partners

From time to time, OneCity engages with investors, sponsors, chambers of commerce, and other strategic partners who support the growth and visibility of the community.

To demonstrate community health and impact, we may provide these parties with aggregated and anonymized reports that summarize trends such as:

  • Overall participation rates.

  • Milestone completion and project outcomes.

  • Geographic or industry distribution of members.

These reports do not include personally identifiable information. Investors, sponsors, and partners do not gain access to individual member data unless a member explicitly consents (for example, by registering for a partner-hosted program, opting in to receive communications, or participating in a joint initiative).

Investments, sponsorships, and partnerships help sustain and expand the community, but they do not entitle outside parties to member personal information. This ensures that external supporters can understand and celebrate the collective success of the community while individual privacy remains fully protected.
