Green means the task is in motion.

  • Work is progressing as planned.

  • No blockers, no intervention needed.

  • Stay focused and keep going.

🟡 PIVOT — TASK AT RISK

Yellow signals friction.

  • A blocker, delay, or misalignment is slowing progress.

  • Time to adjust, reassign, or clarify before momentum is lost.

🔴 STOP — REMOVE TASK FROM PROJECT

Red means this task no longer belongs in the project.

  • It’s not feasible, not aligned, or not essential to the 12-week outcome.

  • We don’t delay it—we remove it to protect the timeline and focus.

🟠 ONECITY ESCALATION — PROJECT OFF TRACK

Orange means the entire project—not just a task—is at risk.

  • Repeated pivots, mounting friction, or stalled delivery puts the full timeline in jeopardy.
