    You name an internal Project Champion—your internal point of leadership.

Your Project Roadmap begins.

  • We co-create a simple project memo (Document) that distills your vision, business case, team structure, and goals into a shareable, operational guide.
    It answers:
    • What are we doing?
    • Why now?
    • What will success look like?
  • This isn’t a strategic plan—it’s a compass. And we’re ready to move.

Milestone 4: You Clarify Roles with TRACI™

You get to meet TRACI™
