Christian Bruce

Co-Founder | President & CEO 

(Project Systems & Economic Development Professional)

Christian Bruce is the President & CEO of OneCity Inc., where he stewards the organization’s five-year economic development plan through its flagship initiative, the Glide Program™. As a Project Systems & Logistics Professional, Christian is dedicated to helping cities, businesses, and communities align their efforts on clear timelines that bring accountability, momentum, and measurable impact.

Through the Glide Program™, Christian leads the work of putting city resources, community stakeholders, and businesses on coordinated timelines, ensuring progress is visible, measurable, and aligned to broader economic goals. While the systems and teams he builds manage delivery, Christian provides the leadership, vision, and accountability that keep OneCity’s work consistent and trusted.

With more than a decade of experience spanning nonprofit, media, and consulting sectors, Christian has built a reputation for designing frameworks, aligning teams, and helping organizations scale with integrity. His work at OneCity reflects his core belief: purposeful work deserves operational clarity.

Kenneth Weddle

Co-Founder | Board Chair | CFO 

With over 20 years of business management, Kenneth is an accomplished sales support leader with expertise in sales and KPI reporting, account management, project management, and enterprise-level customer support. In addition to being an Officer of OneCity Gifts, he is currently the President of The Weddle Group, he specializes in accounting, payroll, and income tax for small businesses and individuals.

He is effective in employee development, client cost containment and has a solid track record for revenue growth, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction feedback.

Jordan Cote

Board Member

Jordan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 9 years of experience providing accounting and assurance services to a diverse set of public, private, and not-for-profit entities. He has extensive experience in performing financial statement audits, preparing financial reports, assessing internal controls, and budgeting. Jordan is currently an Assurance Manager at CohnReznick LLP. 

He lends his expertise in financial operations, compliance, and internal controls to ensure that OneCity Consulting is effectively positioned to best serve and empower its clients.

Rodney Ferrell

Strategic Partnerships Advisor, Advisory Board

Rodney Ferrell is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in sales, business development, and brand strategy. As the owner of FDP (Ferrell Digital Production) and a valued member of OneCity’s Advisory Board, he helps shape how the Glide Program™ connects with leaders and communities.

In his role as Strategic Partnerships Advisor, Rodney focuses on strengthening relationships across California’s economic development network and aligning OneCity’s media and content strategy to build trust, impact, and long-term growth.
